Wire Spoke Wheel Covers in East Syracuse, New York

3 deluxe spoke wire wheel covers. These may be from a Cadillac, one was crushed and I dont know if they are supposed to have some kind emblem or badge for the centers. Believe they are spring friction fit for 15" rims, there is a notch in the outer rings and they measure 14.25", good condition but need cleaning.
